999AIdeas came out of a simple observation: there are plenty of ideas for applying AI in a business, and very few of them ever actually work. The difference is almost never the technology. It is that somebody sat down and did it.
How we think
The work first, the tool second
We do not start by asking which model to use. We start by looking at what your team does on an ordinary Tuesday and where the time goes. The tool comes out of that, not the other way round.
Small scope, real result
We would rather deliver one thing working in three weeks than a six-month plan. Something small can be measured, corrected and repeated.
No lock-in
What we build stays in your hands: your accounts, your code, your data. If tomorrow you want to carry on without us, you can.
We tell you when it is not worth it
There are tasks where adding AI costs more than it saves. When that is the case, we say so in the first conversation.
Who we work with
Small businesses. We work remotely, so where the business is changes nothing, and we work in Spanish and English.
The projects in the portfolio are real businesses: restaurants, clinics, workshops, shops. Businesses where the owner still knows the customers by name.
